Takamine have been a leading name in the acoustic guitar game since the early 1980s, delivering unreal attention to detail, smooth playability and great tone, they are favourite of Jon Bon Jovi, Garth Brooks and Bruce Springsteen.
The EF450C-TT is one of the higher tier Takamine builds and is crafted in Sakashita, Japan. Utilising Thermal Top technology, the Spruce tops are baked in a controlled high heat, low oxygen environment. This gives a super stable platform and delivers a played in vintage tone. The Flame Maple back and sides look incredible and complement the Spruce for a tonewood dream team.
The Maple neck boasts an Ebony fingerboard with a 42.5mm nut width, its comfortable and familiar. The ornate Grass Flower inlay is crafted from Abalone and Pearl, it's a real premium feature. The super stealthy TLD-2 preamp gives crystal clear note definition and response, perfect for the stage.
This guitar is used but in really nice condition, aside from a few very minor play marks it's a great example of a used guitar.
