Introducing the Soldano Hot Rod Plus 100 XL, a powerhouse 2-channel, 100-watt full-tube amplifier. Fueled by five Soldano 12AX7 tubes in the preamp section and driven by four Sovtek 6L6 tubes in the power amp, this amp offers individual gain and volume controls for each channel, along with a shared 3-band EQ and a master presence control. The Normal channel spans from mid-tone clean to heavy grind with a relatively uncompressed response, while the Overdrive channel delivers a fat, cutting sound with powerful bite, characterised by heavy compression and sustained tones. Equipped with the factory-installed XL mod, featuring a built-in bass boost for both channels and a midrange scoop for the Normal channel, this amp also boasts a slave output with level control, a tube-buffered serial FX loop, switchable speaker impedance with dual speaker outputs, and includes a 2-button footswitch for added convenience.
Please Note: This amp is Pre-Owned and is in fair condition. It still has the original Soldano preamp tubes and no tolex rips but the metal corners are tarnished.
