Crafted from laminate Mahogany, these reso's have an authentically vintage appeal. The M2 benefits from the sonic power of National's aluminium biscuit cone but with the warmth and organic tone of a wooden body. The single cone design is great for players who like to experiment with alternate tunings and slide. They tend to have better sustain and a slightly brighter attack when compared with tricone resonators.
A Mahogany neck with a Rosewood fingerboard gives great note definition and a really smooth playing surface, while boasting an engraved pearloid headstock overlay for a real premium aesthetic.
