The PM3C features a spruce top with maple back and sides, carefully selected to deliver a rich and responsive sound. The 3-piece Nyatoh/Maple neck provides excellent resonance and sustain, with a unique profile designed specifically for Metheny. Measuring 20mm at the 1st fret and 22mm at the 9th fret, this neck shape offers comfort and stability, making it easy for players to navigate complex chord shapes and melodies. The ebony fretboard, known for its tight lows and strong high-end attack, further enhances the guitar's responsiveness and tonal clarity.
