The Yamaha SLG200S is an innovative take on classical guitar design. Offering near silent performance it is the perfect instrument for practice, travel and even on the stage. With a full size collapsible body it's the ultimate travelling companion, the top section of the body is detachable and is stored nicely in a separate compartment of the included case for easy transport.
Despite its minimalist form, it features a dual action truss rod and is extremely durable and solid. The SLG200 also features the Yamaha developed SRT Powered system, this offers professional studio quality modelled acoustic tones through the bodiless guitar. By recreating the body resonance and natural decay and sustain of other high end Yamaha's, the SLG200 delivers a premium tone when plugged in. The comprehensive preamp module features a built in tuner, EQ section, headphone input, pickup blend control and built in reverb and chorus, its really user friendly and sounds great.
