Large Body
This section of our site houses our larger bodied acoustic guitars - typically anything from a 15.5" lower bout width and above. These are perfect for people who are after a loud, projecting tone with a solid low-end. These are often favoured by bluegrass musicians who use them to compete with the fiddles, mandolins and banjos and upright bass during jam sessions and performances. Sometimes a larger bodied guitar is thought of as being cumbersome to sit with. However, once accustomed to it, for most people they aren't a problem to play, regardless of personal body size. This category houses such classic models as the Dreadnought, Jumbo, Grand Auditorium, Grand Pacific and many more.
