The exhilarating G2657TG Streamliner Centre Block Jr. is designed for three simple things, high gain-friendly performance, slick, easy playability and spectacular style. A sleek music machine, the G2657TG cranks out the hits with updated features while staying true to that great Gretsch sound that's been a vital component of rock 'n' roll since its inception.
The laminated Maple body features a chambered construction with a Spruce centre block, allowing for incredible sustain and definition. Finished in a gorgeous Imperial Stain with gold hardware and torty pickguard, it looks super slick.
With a Nato neck this Streamliner is incredibly stable and secure, thanks to the thin "U" profile you can move around freely and quickly, no matter your style you will feel perfectly at home with this G2657TG. The Laurel fingerboard boasts a 12" radius, 22 frets and a 42.86mm nut width.
The iconic Gretsch tone is delivered by a pair of Gretsch Broad'Tron BT-2S pickups, they are incredibly dynamic and respond beautifully to your every touch, allowing for improved definition with a tighter bass response for robust lows, pristine highs and a throaty midrange. With the addition of a Bigsby tail piece you can expect brilliant tuning stability and tremolo effects.
