The Gibson ES Supreme features a 3-ply AAA Maple/Poplar/Maple body construction alongside a gorgeous Figured Maple top. The Seafoam Green finish is super vibrant and does really helps to highlight the three-dimensional nature of the top! These guitars are extremely punchy and powerful, perfect for cutting through in a live setting!
The Mahogany neck is topped with a dark Ebony fingerboard with Gibson Mother of Pearl Split block inlays, this guitar looks every bit the real deal. With a 24.75" scale length, a Rounded C neck profile, 22 frets and compound radius it remains super comfortable and easy to play. The headstock is adorned with a striking new Mother of Pearl inlay inspired by a design from the 1940s that was recently discovered in the Gibson archives.
Classic Gibson tones come courtesy of Burstbucker Rhythm Pro and Burstbucker Lead Pro humbuckers which provide a clear yet powerful tone. These pickups are paired with push/pull Volume and Tone pots for flexible coil tapping. Finished off with a Tune-o-Matic bridge and locking Grover tuners this ES Supreme offers flawless tuning stability. It's an elegant powerhouse well deserving of the SG name.
