The Gibson Flying V has always been one pretty radical guitar. Initially launched back in '58 as part of Gibson's attempt to embrace futuristic design, it's been a players' favourite ever since. The Richie Faulkner Flying V features a few personal touches and is perfect for life on the road.
The body is crafted from solid Mahogany for a deep, resonant tone, perfect for embracing the heavier side of life; the body is nicely weighted and balanced. With a Pelham Blue finish and dual pickguards, it's extremely eye-catching and visually appealing.
The Mahogany neck rocks a custom Richie Faulkner neck profile, 22 frets, a 24.75" scale length, and a killer Ebony fingerboard ordained with Mother-of-Pearl inlays. It's super stable and supremely comfortable.
Loaded with a pair of Richie's signature EMG pickups, this guitar really rocks. Certainly not confined to just rock, this guitar can handle blues, jazz, or country licks with no problems! Finished off with high quality Grover tuners and a super stable Floyd Rose floating bridge.
Custom hardcase included.
