The Gibson 80’s Explorer honours the instruments rich history and is based on the 1984 version of this iconic guitar with some incredible features!
The trail-blazing Explorer body is crafted from solid Mahogany for a deep, resonant tone, perfect for embracing the heavier side of life, the body is really nicely weighted and balanced. It’s finished in a stunning Ebony Nitro lacquer, it looks super slick.
The Mahogany set neck rocks a Slim Taper neck profile, 22 frets, a 24.75" scale length and a killer Rosewood fingerboard. Super stable and supremely comfortable.
Loaded with a pair of 80s Tribute humbuckers this guitar really rocks. Certainly not confined to just rock, this guitar can handle blues, jazz or country licks.
Hardcase included
