A significant advantage of the Astral Destiny is its assignable expression control. This feature enables real-time manipulation of key parameters such as reverb Length, Modulation Depth, Modulation Rate, Tone, or the overall Mix level. By connecting an expression pedal or control voltage source, players can dynamically shape the reverb sound, adding movement and evolving textures to their playing.
For seamless transitions, the Astral Destiny incorporates a tails function. When the pedal is bypassed, the reverb decay continues naturally, preventing abrupt cut-offs and ensuring a smooth sonic transition. Engaging this feature doubles the length of the active reverb while simultaneously introducing an adjustable pitch bending effect.
