AER Compact 60/4 Slope | 60-Watt Acoustic Combo Amplifier
2 Channel - 2 Input - Multi-FX Processor | The Same Compact 60/4 But Sloped For Projection
Everything that makes the Compact 60/4 great has been put into this amp but with the addition of a wedge shape which makes the projection perfect for street gigs or self-monitoring. Featuring independent channels featuring gain and EQ, and a multi-FX processor to add short/long reverb, delay, or chorus to either or both channels. Read on below to see the full specs of this essential perfomers amp.

Whether you're on keys or guitar, this really is an essential tool for singer songwriters looking to perform live. Thanks to its weight of only 7.2kg, the sturdy handle, and padded gigbag, you can remain almost as portable as a fully acoustic set-up.
Channel 1 is a great choice for electric instruments - such as keys, electro-acoustic guitars, or electric violins - bringing with it a high impedance line-in with optional 9V phantom power for use by onboard electrics (no more worrying about dying batteries)! Choose between high and low padding and tailor your gain to just the right level before tweaking the tone via the 3-band EQ and "colour" switch. Channel 2 takes either line or mic level inputs and also produces 48V phantom power (see footnote for important info) for use with condenser microphones. From here you can tweak the gain and fine-tune the bass and treble frequencies. If you use backing tracks then you don't need to worry about using up one of the channels thanks to the dedicated aux input and level control on the back of the amp.
The onboard multi-FX processor gives users the option between 4 different effects - short reverb, long reverb, delay, and chorus - which can be mixed into either channel via the "pan" control. The included FX loop also allows you to add your own effects and both can be toggled on and off via a footswitch input on the back of the amp. The master volume is often an overlooked feature on multi-channel amps but the ability to keep each channel mixed perfectly with each other whilst changing the overall volume is a huge time saver and easily lets you make use of the full 60 watts driving the 8" dual cone full-range speaker.
The beauty of this amp is that it gives you exactly what you need without any confusing extra features - and that carries on over to the outputs too. With a simple line out, headphones out, switchable pre/post-FX DI out, and a dedicated pre-FX output for a tuner, the bread and butter is all there for a smooth performance. The carefully designed wedge shape of the Compact 60/4 Slope ensure the optimum speaker projection when using it either as a floor-monitor for yourself, or for use in gigs with no raised stage where a normal speaker would be projecting onto the audience's feet!
If you have an ensemble and need more power and channels, then the Compact 80 Pro fits a plethora of features inside whilst retaining portability. If you're looking for an even smaller package with the same great audio quality then the AER Alpha will keep your rig as light as its ever been!
Please Note: The 48V phantom power on channel 2 is set by default to always be on - this can be damaging to mics which aren't designed to accept this. Deactivation of the 48V is configurable by internal jumpers which we recommend be carried out by qualified personnel only.
