With an Alder body, finished in a sweet Natural Satin, this is a real organic feeling bass. Stylistically, this bass retains all the classic designs features that made it so popular 40 years ago, the simple and elegant layout looking as sharp as ever.
The Maple neck features a Rosewood fingerboard with a 10 radius and 21 medium frets it is easy underhand and has a nice action and playing profile. The P and J bass inspired VSP and VSC pickups offer a vintage flavoured low end punch. These single coil ceramic pickups are a great feature of this bass, delivering a tone that is both versatile and focussed.
This a lot of bass for the money, the BB range is a favourite of esteemed players such as Glenn Hughes, Nathan East, Abraham Laboriel and James LoMenzo, its a great range perfect for players of all levels.
