The Tone King Gremlin is a hand wired 5-watt head with mojo by the bucketful. Don't be fooled by its compact design and 5 watt power rating, this little beauty can certainly compete with the big boys. Plug yourself into the Rhythm channel and enjoy the sonic delights of a blackface style tone, crystal clean highs and increased headroom make this a winner. The Lead channel kicks out sweet Tweed inspired drive tones, complex and with a great harmonic quality, the Gremlin is the ultimate American inspired mini powerhouse.
Fitted with a pair of 12AX7 preamp valves and a 5881 power valve provide excellent headroom and thanks to the Tone King Ironman II power attenuator you can enjoy those majestic tube driven tones at any volume. The 6-step attenuation maintains the feel and response meaning you never have to compromise on tone to attain lower volume performances.
