Fresh from NAMM 2018 is the Taylor 814ce LTD. This mega addition to the line is a stone cold stunner. With its stellar appearance and flawless playability it is a guitar that just wants to be played. Available in limited quantities, we're really glad to have one on its way to us.

This model has a lush 'Singing' Sitka Spruce top, part of a special cache of spruce from a tree with a wider, uniform grain structure; it delivers a real tight, crisp sound. Cocobolo is a particular favourite of ours and features on the back and sides, this tropical hardwood has a sweet, bright tone. Similar to Koa, it resonates a little deeper on the bass end. Pair the two and you get bold projection and a super dynamic punch. With its rich tonal variation and lovely organic feel, it's the perfect partner for players who need a guitar that can compete right across the board.

There are a number of high end appointments on this beauty including a single ring Paua Abalone rosette, ebony binding, mother of pearl element inlays and the same Nouveau peghead inlay as on Taylor Presentation Series models.
