The JP150D is rich in bespoke features - sporting a roasted maple neck for extra stability and defence against humidity changes, ebony fretboard for a smooth feel and bright, snappy tones, and 24 medium jumbo stainless steel frets that will stand the test of time.
The DiMarzio version of the JP150 comes stock with the DiMarzio Crunch Lab in bridge position - described as having "a big, tight sound thats neither muddy nor thin" - and the DiMarzio LiquiFire in neck position - bringing with it flowing, singing lead tones and clear, clean chords. The additional active 12dB push/push switch on the volume control gives you the boost you need to cut through with your searing solos.
The 25.5" scale length, 16" radius, and 42mm nut width will have you playing effortlessly whilst the Sterling Modern Tremolo and Locking tuning machines give you peace of mind when it comes to tunng stability.
Mahogany body and flamed maple top adorned in a beautiful Eminence Purple finish really crown this guitar as being worth of John Petrucci's name.
