The Fender Mustang has attained cult status, famed through use of alternate rock and grunge bands of the '80s and '90s. It's safe to say the Mustang has earned its place in the guitar hall of fame. New within the world of Squier this FSR models puts this classic and iconic model into the hands of a whole new generation.
The Poplar body is finished in a classic Sherwood Green with a White competition stripes, it looks super slick and really captures that authentic Fender feel. The awesome 3-Ply pickguard really tops of this guitar. It is beautifully weighted and balanced.
With a "C" Shape Maple neck this Mustang is extremely comfortable, allowing for quick and easy movements right across the guitar. The Laurel fingerboard is fitted with 22 Medium Jumbo frets, 42mm Nut Width, 24" Scale Length and a 12" Radius.
Courtesy of the Fender-Designed Standard Humbucking pickups you receive classic Mustang tone, and with a 3-way switch and both Master Volume and Tone you can really sculpt your sound.
