Prog-metal virtuoso John Browne's Signature Tao models by Schecter are a versatile collection, finely tuned to meet his musical demands. The latest addition features an eye-catching Azure Blue gloss top, enhancing the Tao's dynamic aesthetic. The guitar's design includes a contoured Swamp Ash body, an Ultra Thin-U shaped Wenge/Padauk neck with Ultra Access carve, and a minimal Ebony fretboard. Boasting a 27" scale length, 16" fretboard radius, and 24 X-Jumbo stainless steel frets, it offers modern playability with carbon-fibre rods for durability. Custom-voiced Colossus & Chaosbreaker pickups deliver a broad tonal range, activated by a 3-way switch and a push/pull on the volume knob. Stability is ensured with a Graph Tech Black Tusq nut, Hipshot bridge, and Hipshot Grip-Lock Tuners.

After the success of the Satin Trans Purple variations, Schecter have continued the range with this new colour, giving the Tao a more lively face with its Azure Blue gloss top.
The contoured Swamp Ash body meets a Ultra Thin-U shaped Wenge/Padauk neck with Schecter's Ultra Access carve providing effortless reach all the way up the minimal, unadorned Ebony fretboard. With a 27" scale length, 16" fretboard radius, 24 X-Jumbo stainless steel frets, it has all the modern features for optimum playability. The neck has carbon-fibre rods running through it for amazing strength and reinforcement to protect from humidity and temperature changes.
Custom voiced, USA-made Colossus & Chaosbreaker pickups provide all the tonal flexibility required to deliver everything from powerful riffs to delicate interludes, while the Graph Tech Black Tusq nut, Hipshot bridge and Hipshot Grip-Lock Tuners provide all the stability needed for when things get heavy. The pickups voicings are activated via a 3-way switch and a push/pull on the volume knob.
