This model is adorned in a tranquil Cobalt Blue Smokeburst that plays off of the wood grain's intricacies with a plethora of blues and greens that are reminiscent of a bioluminescent sea. An extra little detail on this guitar is that rather than the side edges of the maple top being black to match the body and smokeburst, they're stained in cobalt blue to let the beauty of the maple shine through in a subtle yet elegant way. The 25" scale-length, 10" radius, 24-fret Rosewood fingerboard stoically rises up the set, one-piece, Mahogany neck as it makes a home for the iconic PRS Bird inlays that hold such a status. Reaching the headstock, one can fine the beautiful grain of the top piece that houses the inlay of the PRS founder's name. The PRS Phase III Locking Tuners prominently line up on either side - ever diligent in their duty to keep sturdy and accurate tuning.
The sonic goodness of this guitar comes courtesy of the PRS 85/15 humbucker set - offering remarkable clarity and extended high and low end, opening it up to a variety of modern applications.
