Description

One unique feature of Monty's harness is the 50's wiring mod. This modification changes the wiring of the tone capacitor to mimic that of a 50's Les Paul. This adjustment improves the interaction between the volume and tone pots, keeping the guitar's tone brighter even as the volume is reduced. This ensures a more consistent and clear sound across all volume levels.

Each harness is handmade using top-of-the-line components. It includes 250K audio taper CTS pots, a CRL 3-way switch, Monty's own high-quality 0.022uf paper-in-oil tone cap, vintage-correct pushback wire, and a Switchcraft jack. These high-quality parts are chosen to provide superior performance and durability, ensuring that your guitar sounds its best.

The parts used are American imperial sized, which may require some modification for import instruments with metric-sized parts.
