Headed up by Master Designer Randall Smith, this new era of Mesa Boogie promises incredible tone and unprecedented reliability.
The Triple Crown TC-50 is a rockin' 3-channel, 50-watt amp that captures the essence of Rock with unmatched versatility. Each channel boasts individual controls for gain, treble, mid, bass, presence, reverb, and master volume, offering unprecedented control over your tones. Switch between Clean and Drive modes on the Clean channel, and Normal to Tight modes on the 2 Gain channels. Adjust the overall Output and engage the Solo volume boost for the perfect volume in any venue.
Experience a spectrum of sounds, from bubbly, sparkling cleans to tight and aggressive Rock Crunch, to a harmonically rich high-gain channel. The Triple Crown aims for Rock's high-gain throne, providing a new generation of Rock Royalty.
For added versatility, the TC-50 features a Bias Switch, allowing you to swap between EL34s and 6L6s for different tonal characteristics. Additionally, the inclusion of 6V6s in the EL34 setting creates a "Half-Power" scenario with a vintage voice and creamier top-end harmonic content.
Mesa's legendary lush all-tube spring Reverb enhances the TC-50's three channels with a beautiful 3D halo. The amp also offers MIDI connectivity, with a Store toggle switch for easy programming of footswitchable functions. The CabClone D.I. serves as a convenient live or recording interface, and voicing options like Closed Back, Open Back, and Vintage add to the amp's versatility. A Headphone Out feature allows for personal enjoyment without a speaker.
