A Faithful Recreation Of A Truly Classic Amplifier!
We’re thrilled to announce that the amplifier that truly started the Dual Rectifier family is back, and better than ever! Introducing the Mesa Boogie 90s Dual Rectifier Head! This faithful recreation pays tribute to some of the earliest Dual Rectifier models.
Ladies and gentlemen, we are extremely excited to announce the re-introduction of Mesa Boogie amplifiers into the United Kingdom! Originally founded back in 1971, Mesa Boogie quickly established themselves as a real force to be reckoned with in the tube amp game. Under the careful guidance of legendary amp builder Randall Smith, Mesa Boogie would go on to drastically alter the world of music and quickly became the original "boutique" amplifier brand. When players like Carlos Santana, James Hetfield, John Petrucci and Dave Grohl choose your amps, you know you must be doing something right!
Back in 2021, our friends over at Gibson acquired the Mesa Boogie brand and promised to take their iconic designs to new heights. This new era of Mesa Boogie promises incredible tone and unprecedented reliability.
Back in 1992, Mesa Boogie released an amplifier that truly altered the course of guitar history. We are of course talking about the truly legendary, Dual Rectifier Solo head! This stunning piece of technology marked a new paradigm in high-gain heavy guitar. It delivered a new voice that featured a scooped midrange, ominous low end, and ripping, harmonic-laden top end woven into a mighty wall of tube gain. It’s iconic sound inspired just about every guitarist around at the time and ultimately lead to the creation of some of Rock & Metal’s most influential records.
