One of its standout features is the ability to switch the effect order of the octave/pitch and fuzz sections. By holding down both foot switches, users can instantly reorder the effects, giving them flexibility to experiment with their sound. Additionally, the pedal includes a Blend switch, which allows musicians to toggle between a full Wet effect or a Wet/Dry blend with a simple double tap. The Fuzz switch also offers extra functionality by enabling quick changes between momentary and latching octave modes, offering further customisation.
The Octa Psi includes three polyphonic pitch modes - Up, Down, and Dual - that cover a range of harmonic intervals. With control over a two-octave range, this pedal delivers everything from deep power chords to complex diminished stacks. Momentary mode is ideal for dive-bombs and multi-octave bends, while the adjustable ramp speed gives players the ability to control pitch bending dynamically, as if using an expression pedal.
The fuzz section of the Octa Psi features a transistor-based circuit that delivers high-gain tones and hard clipping for a powerful sound.
