Description

Before the popularity of silcone chips, germanium transistors powered the vintage fuzz pedals.  Throughout the 1960's the classic germanium fuzz face made its mark on the rock scene.  The pollinator uses a hand-matched germanium transistor, and a modified fuzz face circuit.  The output has three times the headroom of the vintage counterparts, allowing it to live alongside modern rigs, and providing a much wider depth of tone.  Another mod found on the Pollinator is the external bias knob, giving control of power feeding the transistor.  The final product gives a classic vintage fuzz tone, with tight bass, crisp highs, that cleans up beautifully!

Requires a 9V DC centre negitive power supply.
