Offering fantastic value for money, the JS2 bass features a 34"-scale and a poplar body that is both light and resonant. The neck has graphite reinforcement to stay in great shape and a 12"-16" compound radius means it feels great to play, both down by the nut or up near the pickups. The stealthy black look is complimented by an amaranth fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and pearloid sharkfin inlays. This all comes together to give the classic Jackson Concert Bass that has been used to much great effect in the past, on classic recordings.
The humbuckers are high output and are voiced to thrash away with plenty of gnarly goodness. A HiMass bridge keeps the tuning, sustain and tone at its best. A killer bass for a small price.
