Reverend Manta Ray 390 - Midnight Black

Reverend Guitars began life in an East Detroit garage back in '97 and they haven't looked back! Delivering unique designs with a real retro flavour, Reverend have an artist roster to rival any. Counting Billy Corgan, Reeves Gabrels, Dan Auerbach, Mark Knopfler and our good friend Greg Koch among their artists, Reverend Guitars are Korean manufactured and meticulously set up in house at Reverend HQ, Toledo, Ohio.
The Manta Ray 390 is a no nonsense explosion of functionality and killer tone. Featuring a semi hollow Korina body with a Solid Maplee top, this unique design allows for maximum bite with a rich, resonant and dynamic tone. With a distinct vintage vibe and styling, the ergonomic body shape compliments it well with a very modern feel.
The 3-piece Korina neck boasts a dual action truss rod, Pau Ferro fingerboard and a 12" radius while the medium oval profile, 24.75" scale length and 22 medium jumbo frets mean it's supremely comfortable and offers a great playing experience right up the neck. Whether you want to lay down some big chords or tear up the fretboard, the Manta Ray 390 is fully equipped to deliver.
Reverend design their own range of Custom pickups and the Manta Ray 390 benefits from a trio of 9A5 pickups. The 9A5 is a hotter than usual P90 with Alnico V magnets.
These guitars are the real deal, punching well above their modest price tag, you need to check them out!
