The PRS Mira has a reputation as a bit of a super guitar, it’s a real all-rounder. Originally released as a core line model back in 2011, it was later added to the popular S2 line in an attempt to deliver a super USA made guitar, packed with features but at a mid-level price point. It certainly worked as the S2 Mira is every bit the modern powerhouse.
With a great Mahogany body, the Mira S2 retains the same lush curves and dimensions that made the Core model so popular. With its asymmetrical bevelled edge, it has a real SG vibe; its all gloss finish and black finish are simple yet super cool.
The Mahogany neck features a Rosewood fretboard with a Pattern Regular profile, 25” scale length and 22 frets. The PRS patented adjustable stoptail and PRS locking tuners give you great tuning stability and intonation.
The defining feature of the Mira is the incredible duo of pickups. With a pair of Mira humbuckers, inspired by the 245 pickups, they are PAF flavoured and deliver a real crisp and even tone. With a coil tap facility you get even greater tonal variation.
This guitar is used but in really nice condition, with no major flaws or paint blemishes. This is a great chance to get your hands on a real players piece.
