The Gretsch G5622T Electromatic is one of those incredible guitars that seamlessly manages to honour its rich heritage whilst pushing forward with modern tech and functionality. Designed to offer traditional Gretsch style and playability, it's bold, dynamic and super responsive.
The Laminate Maple body is finished in the lush Georgia Green, and with crisp Chrome hardware, it looks every bit the classic Gretsch. The G5622T features a centre block which offers stability and reduces feedback and interference allowing this Gretsch to perform to the max, it great live and loud. The Maple neck has a rich Rosewood fingerboard and sports the Pearloid Thumbnail inlays. With the standard U shape profile and a 12.6" radius, it's comfortable and really well balanced.
The Blacktop Hilo'Tron humbuckers have incredible response and definition. They have a great dynamic range and really respond to the way you play, slick and subtle one second and roaring the next. They pack an articulate punch with super clarity.
A Bigsby Tremolo unit offers great stability and is perfect for all those country, jazz and blues licks. Offering great sustain and incredible tuning stability, the G5622T is a really impressive, players guitar.
