The Les Paul Standard 2018 is the new take on the classic Les Paul Standard. Packed with new revolutionary features this is one serious guitar.

A stunning Grade-AAA figured maple top, finished in the amazing Blood Orange Burst, offers a modern take on the classic 50's Bursts, and with Gibson's Ultra-Modern weight relief, this Les Paul benefits from enhanced resonance and sustain without the back breaking weight.

An asymmetrical slim taper neck profile with a Rosewood fingerboard provides a comfortable, modern feel with a beautiful rich tone. A TekToid nut reduces friction and allows for greater sustain and more accurate pitch return.

Burstbucker Pro Rhythm and Lead Humbuckers with alnico magnets and mismatched coils hark back to the revered PAF tone that we all love, with push-pull switching on all four knobs allowing for coil tapping on both pickups. It's amazingly versatile and with so many tonal options it can always find its place in the sonic landscape.

It still however manages to retain the same classic Les Paul vibe that has made the Standard so continually successful.
