The Michael Clifford DC Melody Maker is the latest signature model from Gibson and was designed in collaboration with the 5 Seconds of Summer guitarist. A new take on a vintage classic, this guitar offers a no thrills, straight up rock tone, perfect for big chugging riffs and slick melody lines.
With a double cut Swamp Ash body, this Melody Maker has been sculpted for maximum comfort and resonance. The satin nitro finish looks great and features subtle red accent s in the grain for a unique vibe.
The Maple neck features a 12" radius and a rounded profile, its super comfortable underhand and with a Richlite board with distinctive X fret markers, it's very distinctive. 22 medium jumbo frets offer a modern feel without choking.
Loaded with a single BurstBucker 3 humbucker, you get a hotter output than the PAF inspired Seth Lovers it was inspired by, it still retains that classic feel and sound though! The push/pull coil split offers a different flavour and the addition of a killswitch makes this a real powerhouse guitar!
