Gibson are the kings when it comes to hollowbody guitars, since launching the ES-335 back in the '50's Gibson have been refining and improving hollowbody design. This ES-339 delivers vintage tonality and modern day functionality.
A 3-Ply Maple/Poplar/Maple body is finished in Tobacco Burst and offers incredible sustain, a sweet, rich tone and a supreme playing position. The Quartersawn Mahogany neck features a Rosewood fingerboard, traditional round C profile and classic vintage Gibson pearloid dot inlays. Despite its smaller dimensions, this is a real players guitar, perfectly balanced and super smooth.
A pair of Memphis Historic II Spec humbuckers delivers those classic tones, deep, rich and resonant they offer great clarity. These PAF style pickups are slightly underwound and feature unbalanced coils for a truly historic sound.
This guitar is used but in really nice condition, with very few signs of use, this guitar is a great example of a used guitar.
