Gibson Custom '65 Non Reverse Firebird Polaris White VOS *Ex J Bonamassa*
In February 2020, Joel & John visited the Gibson Custom Shop in Nashville on one of their regular stock/top picking assignments. On the last day we were presented with this beautiful Firebird. One of the Gibson employees told us that it had just come back from Joe Bonamassa. He didn't know if he'd played it on a studio session or if it was with him to evaluate with a view to purchase? We're not trying to sell this as a stage used guitar - we don't 100% know if Joe has even played it - It does come with some Gibson paperwork with Joe's details, so that will all be included in the case. Either way, it's a hard rocking Firebird that sings for days! Finished in Custom Colour "Polaris White"

The body is finished in a lush VOS Polaris White VOS with White pickguard for fresh, vibrant appeal. It's resonant and nicely balanced too, despite its larger size. The Mahogany neck benefits from 22 medium jumbo frets, a 24.75" scale length, 63 medium C neck profile and a killer Indian Rosewood fingerboard. Super stable and supremely comfortable this is a real player's guitar.
Loaded with a pair of Firebird Alnico V Mini Humbucker pickups, the 1965 Gibson Custom Shop Non Reverse Firebird delivers tone by the bucket load. With a really unique sonic character it is versatile, dynamic and offers crystal clear note definition.
