The Ash body is finished in a really authentically aged Nocaster Blonde. This finish will wear beautifully with time and develop its own character even further, it also allows the natural resonance of the body to sing and sustain much more effectively. The wear patterns are incredible, so genuine and authentic, John Cruz is definitely one of the strongest artisans when it comes to relic work at the Custom Shop and it's definitely on display here!

The 4A Roasted Flame Maple neck is from another planet! Aesthetically it is one of the most incredible necks we have ever seen, a total knockout. Real comfortable and with a Nocaster U profile, 7.25" - 9.5" compound radius and 6105 frets, it's super resonant and feels incredible underhand.

With the Telecaster design being considered by many to be the original workhorse guitar, the Custom Shop '51 Nocaster needs a pickup pairing that can deliver the classic Tele' twang. With a hand-wound Twisted Tele' pickup at the neck and a HW '51 at the bridge, it boasts a versatile and well balanced selection.
