Born in Van Nuys, California back in 1976, Schecter started life as a repair shop that specialised in the manufacture of replacement necks and bodies. It wasn't until '79 that Schecter offered complete guitars, with their core line and highly regarded Custom Shop they continue to produce incredible guitars to suit every budget. One of the standout bass models is the incredible Schecter Riot-4, a real powerhouse 4-string with some serious features!
The super resonant Swamp Ash body has slick curves and a really crisp Burl top, the wood can really breathe and in turn produces lush, deep bass tones. Finished in the head-turning Inferno Burst, this bass looks simply amazing.
The Riot neck is known for its slim, easy to play profile, with a Walnut/Maple neck with carbon fibre reinforcement rods it has enhanced sustain, brighter tonal clarity and is just begging to be played. The 16" radius and 24 X-Jumbo stainless steel frets make this bass a real slick player.
Loaded with a duo of EMG 35JX and PX pickups, you get that little bit extra clarity and power.
