The Fender Player Jazz Bass is a new line for 2018, building on the success of the Mexican Standard range it offers an affordable way for everyone to experience what makes the Jazz Bass so special.
The Alder body is typically comfortable thanks to the lush sweeping curves, and with a crisp Buttercream finish it looks real slick. The Maple neck features a modern C profile, designed for precision and comfort; it's equally at home playing big low end root notes or technical work further up the neck. 20 medium jumbo frets and a 9.5" radius make the Player Series Jazz feel familiar and supremely comfortable.
Loaded with Fender Player Series single coil Jazz Bass pickups, you get authentic Fender tone. These pickups keep one foot in the past while adding a little bit of extra bite, there's no mistaking that signature Fender bass thump.
