The Gibson Les Paul is one of the most iconic guitars ever put into production, with such a rich history and timeless appeal, the bar has been set pretty high. The LPR8S Model was released in 2016 as a model to bring them out of the nomenclature of 50's Standard Historic, 60's Standard Historic etc and back to R7/R8/R9
With a light Mahogany body, this Les Paul benefits from a lightly figured Maple top for the ultimate tonewood partnership. Rich and super resonant it offers premium tone and timeless aesthetics, while the Sunrise Tea Burst finish looks a million dollars and really allows the wood to breathe and the natural tone to sing through.
The 1 piece Mahogany neck is topped with a crisp Rosewood fingerboard with classic Gibson Trapezoid inlays, this guitar looks every bit the real deal. With a 24.75 scale length it retains that classic Les Paul feel. The bridge and light weight long stud tailpiece are aged nickel for an authentic vintage vibe.
Loaded with a set of the amazing Gibson Custom Bucker pickups. According to Gibson these are some of the most historically accurate PAF clones on the market, with an ultra-rich harmonic quality; it's as close as you can get to the classic Les Paul tone.

This guitar has the original case and COA. It has a few slight battle scars on the back of the body and some slight fading but all in all, this is an amazing sounding guitar at a great price.
