Fishman Fluence Signature Series Greg Koch Gristle-Tone 6-String Pickup Set
"The Pefect White-Guard & Black-Guard Tones w/Flawless Articulation & No Hum" - GK
Greg Koch is a guitar hero from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, just a few miles from the birthplace of the late Les Paul. He is a masterful technician, accomplished clinician, and an impressive guitar player. Steve Vai recognised his talent and signed him to his Favored Nations label in 2001. Guitar Player magazine hailed him as "fiendishly talented" and other critics have called him everything from "a twisted guitar genius" to "the best kept secret in the guitar firmament."

Greg has led various bands bearing his name and has toured the world, bringing the "Gristle" to the people. He channels the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Albert King, Albert Collins, Jeff Beck, Roy Buchanan, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Danny Gatton, and Richie Blackmore through his own slightly bent prism that is tinted with grunge, gristle, and good clean fun.
The Fluence Signature Greg Koch Gristle-Tone Pickups have two voicings. Voice 1 is the White-Guard, which has an open and airy sound, reminiscent of Nashville and Bakersfield, chicken pickin', and the big strum. Voice 2 is the Black-Guard, which has a fat and punchy sound with searing sustain, providing undeniable Tele muscle.
These pickups are Multi-Voice, meaning they can be set and forgotten or wired up to toggle between two musically complementary voices. They drop right in and replace standard Tele pickups and are rechargeable on your guitar. The included lithium-ion battery pack offers weeks, not hours, of playing time.
