The rear panel offers an output power selector with full power and five attenuated settings, impulse response (IR) XLR line output for detailed cabinet simulations, a mute switch, and a lightweight pine cabinet.
The Tone Master '59 Bassman provides legendary Bassman tone in a lighter, maintenance-free package. It replicates the classic sound of the original tube amplifier while offering modern conveniences for today’s professional musicians. The convolution spring reverb adds a contemporary touch to the classic tweed-era Bassman circuit, enhancing the overall sound experience.
With a post amp model effects loop, this amplifier allows for the seamless integration of delay and other time-based effects, a feature not seen before in Tone Master amplifiers. The rear panel is equipped with a variety of useful controls and connections, including a Vintage/Tight switch for smoother bass response, a line output with level control, a ground lift switch, and a three-way IR cabinet simulation switch to choose between different microphone options.
The 6-way power attenuator switch enables users to enjoy full, natural tone at almost any volume, from the full 45 watts down to a bedroom-friendly 0.5 watts. The Jensen P-10R Alnico speakers provide sweet articulation for clean sounds and a cool vintage-style breakup when pushed, staying true to Fender’s traditional speaker design.
