With the appearance of a vintage guitar this Custom Shop 58 tele model benefits from all the playability and reliability of a brand new one. The lightweight Ash body is finished in a stunning Aged White Blonde, period correct; this finish features a truly authentic Time Capsule ageing. With an NOS flash coat with no buffing, it really does capture the vintage vibe.
The rift sawn Maple neck features a 7.25"- 9.5" compound radius for a superb modern playing action without any choking. The 10/56 soft V shape profile, and 21 medium vintage frets offer a really organic playing experience.
With the Telecaster design being considered by many to be the original workhorse guitar the Custom Shop 58 Tele needs a pickup pairing that can deliver the classic Fender tone. With a pair of Fender hand wound 58 Tele single coils, it boasts a versatile and well balanced selection. These pickups are clinical and offer supreme tonal variety.
