The sort for lightweight Alder body is finished in a lush Aged Black lacquer. Authentically aged, it has the appearance of a well loved Rock ‘n Roll relic.This finish will wear beautifully with time and develop its own character even further.
The Quartersawn Maple neck and fingerboard.have a smooth finish and feel great underhand. With a 7.25”-9.5" radius and 21 narrow tall frets, the '68 Custom Shop Stratocaster can handle anything you throw at it without even breaking a sweat; it's supremely comfortable and well balanced. The '69 U profile is a joy to play and offers a great platform for both rhythm and lead playing.
With a trio of hand wound Master Design Bone Tone single coils it delivers all the sweeping, versatile tones you would expect from a Strat. Supplied with a Fender Custom Shop hard case, this is a real sweet example of Custom Shop quality.
