The Fender Custom Shop pushes the boundaries of Leo Fender's vision with this stunning Tele Custom. Featuring a lightweight Alder body in Aged Silver Sparkle nitro lacquer, it resonates beautifully and will develop character over time. The 2A Flame Maple neck, with a 9.50" radius and 60s Oval C profile, offers a smooth vintage feel, while the hand-wound Original Blackguard bridge pickup and Wide-Range CuNIFe neck humbucker deliver that classic Tele twang. Complete with a Bigsby B-5 vibrato for added expression, this Custom Shop Tele is a true player's guitar.

A lightweight Alder body is finished in an awesome Aged Silver Sparkle nitro lacquer, period correct, this finish will wear beautifully with time and develop its own character even further. It also allows the natural resonance of the body to sing and sustain much more effectively compared with other finishes.
The 2A Flame Maple neck has a smooth, vintage feel. With a 9.50" radius and 21 6105 frets, it feels comfortable and robust, just like a vintage Fender should. With a 60 Style Oval C profile, measuring .790" at the 1st fret and .930" at the 12th fret, it feels great underhand.
With the Telecaster design considered by many to be the original workhorse guitar, this Telecaster needs a pickup pairing that can deliver the classic Tele' twang. Loaded with a hand wound Original Blackguard bridge pickup and a Wide-Range CuNIFe neck humbucker you certainly get that famous Tele' tone.
