Description

Introducing the PRS Wood Library Custom 24 - the original PRS guitar that's been a top choice for serious players. This guitar is all about delivering unique tonal options, and it's been carving out PRS's signature place as a top guitar manufacturer since its inception.

The foundations of this guitar lie in the tried-and-true mahogany body and pattern thin mahogany set-neck with an intricate flamed maple top. A classic combination of tonewoods. The added Ebony fingerboard with Old School Paua bird inlays not only contributes to a sleek and rich look but also makes for a much smoother feel when fretting hard for bends and vibrato.

With 24 frets, this guitar offers an extended range of notes compared to its vintage counterparts - and the contoured cutaway makes reaching those high notes a breeze. The 25" scale length positions it comfortably between the two standard industry scales, 24.75" and 25.5", as does the 10" fretboard radius.

A staple amongst the PRS line-up, this Custom 24 comes with PRS' 85/15 humbucker pickups, boasting remarkable clarity and extended high and low end, perfect for more modern applications. And with the 5-way Blade Switch, you can get even more sweet tones.

When it comes to hardware, PRS excels in innovation. The machined PRS Gen III Patented Tremolo is a testament to meticulous design, providing exceptional sonic fidelity, player ergonomics, and revolutionary tuning stability. The PRS Phase III Locking Tuners combine modern design with vintage elegance and enhance tone transfer for a louder, more resonant instrument. The hybrid nickel and brass hardware not only enhances the guitar's aesthetics but also contributes to its sonic resonance.

In essence, the PRS Wood Library Custom 24 is a versatile and innovative instrument that offers exceptional tonal options, playability, and stunning craftsmanship. It's a top choice for players who seek quality and performance in their guitars, whilst turning heads with its looks.
