The guitar features a lightweight two-piece premium ash body, known for its tonal clarity and resonance. The one-piece maple neck has a comfortable '57 Soft "V" shape, finished with a nitrocellulose lacquer for a smooth, vintage feel. With a 9.5" fingerboard radius and 21 medium jumbo frets, the HBS-1 Stratocaster offers easy playability and a balance of comfort and control across the entire fretboard.
For tonal flexibility, the Classic HBS-1 comes equipped with Custom '69 single-coil pickups in the neck and middle positions, delivering classic Stratocaster tones, and a Seymour Duncan JB humbucker in the bridge, offering more power and versatility. The JB humbucker is known for its ability to handle everything from country to hard rock and metal, making this guitar suitable for various musical styles. When in pickup selector positions 1 and 2, the push/push S-1 switch can be activated to split the humbucker to just output the rear coil and the neck blend control on the 2nd "Tone" knob allows players to mix in the neck pickup for some truly versatile tones!
