Its lightweight Ash body in Honey Blonde nitro lacquer enhances natural resonance and sustain, while the Black Anodised Pickguard adds a distinctive touch. The Roasted 3A Flame Maple neck, with a 9.5"-12" radius and 21 Medium Jumbo frets, features a 57 Style Soft V neck shape and a contoured heel for smooth playability. The American Custom is the Fender of modern times-and then some. With Striking finishes combined with contemporary features and detailed craftsmanship, new American Custom Telecaster models are not only beautiful to behold, but also highly functional in a pure Fender fashion.
The sort for lightweight Ash body is finished in a classic Honey Blonde nitro lacquer; this finish will wear beautifully with time and develop its own character even further. It also allows the natural resonance of the body to sing and sustain much more effectively compared with other finishes. The NOS finish gives the appearance of a New Old Stock guitar, one that has been perfectly preserved since it left the factory and doesn't feature any kind of ageing or relic work. The Black Anodised Pickgaurd really makes this model stand out!
The Roasted 3A Flame Maple neck has a smooth finish and a stunning fingerboard to match. With a 9.5"-12" radius and 21 Medium Jumbo frets, the American Custom Telecaster also features a 57 Style Soft V neck shape as well as a contoured heel.
