The lightweight Alder body is finished in a Vibrant Fiesta Red nitro lacquer, period correct, this finish will wear beautifully with time and develop its own character even further. It also allows the natural resonance of the body to sing and sustain much more effectively compared with other finishes.
The rift sawn Maple neck features a 9.5” radius for a superb modern playing action without any choking. The '60s style oval C shape and 21 frets offers a really comfortable playing experience, it feels great underhand.
With a trio of Tomatillo pickups it delivers all the sweeping, versatile tones you would expect from a Strat. These single coil pickups are a vintage voiced trio that share the same heritage as the super delicious Ancho Poblano and El Diablo sets. With clinical note definition, these pickups are super responsive and full bodied.
