The Hitmaker features a 1960’s style alder body which is uniquely smaller and more contoured than a typical vintage Strat. It is finished in a brilliant Olympic White lacquer which perfectly matches the finish Nile sprayed on the guitar himself just after he acquired it in the early days of Chic. The Maple neck is extremely comfortable and easy to navigate, featuring a ’59 C profile, 9.5” radius, medium jumbo frets and a satin finish you’re sure to feel right at home!
The pickups within the Fender Nile Rodger Hitmaker have been accurately viced to replicate the quack, chime and bell like clarity of the original Hitmaker. With a familiar control layout you can easily tweak and adjust this Strat to taste. Other features include a hard-tail string-through bridge with period-correct bent-steel saddles, an eye-catching mirrored chrome-plated brass pickguard, locking Sperzel® tuners and a set of white speed knobs. The guitar also comes with a vintage-style case with Hitmaker-embroidered interior and a custom certificate of authenticity.
