Please Note: This guitar is Pre-Owned and is in Fair condition. It has heavy scratches and dents on the top of the body and pickgaurd, as well as a finish crack at the neck pocket. There are a few heavy scratches on the back of the neck and the frets are worn down. Crafted with an alder body, a choice tonewood revered by Fender for its balanced, resonant tone, this Stratocaster is all about delivering that bright, lively sound with a pronounced midrange, sustaining notes beautifully, and ensuring a sharp attack.
The neck of this American Standard model is designed for comfort and performance, featuring a modern "C"-shaped profile and a smooth satin-finish back. The fingerboard boasts a modern 9.5" radius, comfortably rolled edges for that instantly "broken-in" feel, and medium jumbo frets for ease of play.
The bridge is a crucial element for intonation, sustain, and overall playability. This American Standard doesn't disappoint, with its two-point tremolo Stratocaster bridge. It's equipped with bent steel saddles and a special copper-infused block, enhancing sustain and allowing for fluid tremolo action.
When it comes to pickups, these guitars are equipped with three specially voiced Fat '50s pickups from the Fender Custom Shop, ensuring that classic single-coil sparkle with top-notch performance.
