The Gold Series O8 is one of the flagship models in the Cort acoustic collection, delivering killer tone at a price point that won’t break the bank! The hallmark of Cort's Gold series is the Aged to Vintage (ATV) treatment that allows the Master Grade solid Sitka spruce top to cure and open up more over time. ATV acts as a Torrification process, giving the Gold-O8 a big, open tone that's bright, yet natural with a strong and warm midrange that's reinforced by the solid Pau Ferro back and sides.
The Mahogany neck boasts a Macassar Ebony fingerboard for an alternative take on the classic OM vibe. It's a really well-crafted guitar that definitely competes with others in this price point. It even comes complete with a Deluxe soft side gig bag for protection on the road and at home.
