The Gold Series Mini is one of the flagship models in the Cort acoustic collection. The hallmark of Cort's Gold series is the Aged to Vintage (ATV) treatment that allows the solid Adirondack spruce top to cure and open up more over time. ATV acts as a Torrification process, giving the Gold-Mini a big, open tone that's bright, yet natural with a strong and warm midrange that's reinforced by the solid African Mahogany back and sides.
The Mahogany neck boasts a Macassar Ebony fingerboard. This tonewood pairing creates a lovely sweet tone that sounds awesome. It's a really well-crafted guitar that definitely competes with others in this price point.
