The Boss DC-2 is an analogue Chorus pedal that was a key player in that classic '80s sound. Adding a thickness, depth and width that other chorus pedals couldn't deliver, the DC-2 had a relatively short life span, only being manufactured between 1985 and 1989. Now for 2018, Waza Craft have re-released this classic '80s icon! Waza Craft is essentially the Boss Custom Shop, its where functionality and design get taken to the next level.
With all analogue circuitry, this pedal utilises the same 4 button preset interface, this time with updated switches and LED status indicators. Standard mode provides the classic sound of the original DC-2 while SDD-320 mode reproduces the vintage Roland Dimension D rack unit that was heard on countless hit records. You get 4 main sounds within in each mode plus a further 6 variations by using 2 switches together, this gives you a total of 20 chorus sounds. With versatile I/O you can use the DC-2W with any stereo and mono application including bass, guitar and keyboards. Made in Japan, the DC-2W is sure to reignite players love of smooth '80s inspired chorus!
